At Red Maple Archery , we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within [15] days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, in original packaging
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Some products (e.g. perishable goods, custom items, digital downloads) may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at (920)246-0018 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within [30] business days.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange.
